Bundled into the evaluation when records arrive ahead of the visit. We will tell you in advance if a paid retrieval is required.
What the Fee Covers
- The telehealth visit with the physician
- Review of submitted records
- CURT registry entry if certified
- A written visit summary
What the Fee Does Not Cover
- Product purchased at a Texas-licensed CUP dispensary — those prices are set by the dispensary, not by us
- Any third-party records-retrieval fees if you authorize us to request records on your behalf
- Out-of-state services — we evaluate Texas residents only
Why Insurance Does Not Apply
Cannabis remains federally scheduled. Under current Texas law, Compassionate Use Program evaluations are paid out of pocket. Health insurance does not reimburse the evaluation fee, and we do not bill insurance.
Payment
We accept cash, credit, debit, and HSA/FSA.
No-Card-No-Fee Guarantee
At most clinics: if you do not qualify, you do not pay the evaluation fee. Refund-on-non-certification varies by location.
