Records Submission

For sending medical records ahead of an evaluation, use the secure upload link provided after a booking is confirmed. Do not send protected health information by email.

Response Window

Intake messages are answered Mon–Fri, 9:00AM–5:00PM EST. Clinical questions are routed to the physician on the day of the evaluation.

Coverage

Telehealth coverage spans every Texas county. We also operate three Texas clinics: North Dallas, Pearland (Houston metro), and San Marcos. Specific addresses are confirmed at booking. We do not see patients located outside Texas.
